Course Description:
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People ® provides a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to improve the effectiveness of Service Members’ life skills and sets a course for successful military service. The framework for applying universal, self-evident principles enable Service Members to build resilience and break down barriers to success. Participants learn to resolve work/life imbalances, understand their potential and set vision for the future, identify important goals and how to achieve them, effectively manage/prioritize their time, improve interpersonal communications and resolve differences through cooperative relationships.
The Speed of Trust® provides participants with engaging and powerful tools to increase trust in their most valuable personal and professional relationships. Trust is a learned competency that can be practiced and improved. Instead of just attending a course, participants will learn to apply and sustain a new language and set of behaviors to increase trust in their most valuable relationships, bringing greater energy and joy to every aspect of their work and lives.
Facilitators will be certified to conduct live-onsite or live-online workshops.
